Luke Allday and Charlie Miller were the perfect estate agents when I bought my home this year. I approached them because I saw a listing of a property I liked. It was beautifully presented, but it wasn't right for me. I expressed my concerns to Luke and he took my words on perfectly. He didn't try to persuade me to make an offer on the property because he knew it wasn't right for me. A few weeks later he contacted me about a property which addressed all of my concerns (and I had a lot!). It fully matched my budget and the property was exquisite. Luke and Charlie worked as a team to find my perfect home. They made sure I was the first one to see the property, I even got a viewing before it officially went on the market because they knew I would like it. Buying a property during the pandemic was bound to be stressful, especially as a first-time buyer and with the stress of the stamp-duty holiday. However, Luke and Charlie were always on the ball. Whenever there were problems within the chain (and there were a lot), Luke was always the first to let me know before my own solicitors, and he would have a plan to get it sorted.
