I can't imagine an easier 5/5 than this quick review for Charlie and his team at Allday & Miller. We initially tried selling our house with another agent in the area as we had purchased the house via them but they were useless, over valued the house to get us signed up and then didn't deliver. After having a chat with Charlie I realised he was the agent for the job, he popped over and had a very productive chat / valued the house at a realistic price and immediately set about getting things done. His team all came over for a look around the house to ensure they had a good understanding of the spec I had refurbished the house to and before the house even went on the usual websites we had an offer we were very happy with. Charlie worked incredibly hard to keep things ticking along after the offer was accepted and we got from offer to completion in 3 months allowing us to purchase our new place, nothing short of a miracle in the current market. He's a professional and very friendly chap, if I hadn't left the area I would use him for every future property transaction!

So pleased we went with Allday &Miller. Charlie's local knowledge is invaluable and the whole team were professional but with a human touch - this was our first move in 31 years and I felt we had our hand held throughout. Particularly impressed with the prompt responsiveness of the team. Sophie was dealing with us during the period after the sale was agreed and she was excellent- professional, proactive and reassuring when things were not straightforward. All the team that we had contact with - Charlie, Sophie, Ellie and Francis - were helpful, professional and pleasant. Charlie and Luke have put together a great team that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We are delighted with the service that we have received from Luke and his team. From the first visit we were impressed with Luke’s professionalism and attention to detail. He answered all our questions related to the sale of our property and outlined what he would do for us. We were delighted that he found a buyer for our home before we needed to go officially on the market. Following the sale he and Sophie kept us informed and liaised with the conveyancers. If we had another property to sell All Day and Miller would certainly be our first choice. I have no hesitation in recommending them to you.

Lucky enough to deal with Faye and how lucky was I to get such a lovely, kind, understanding, VERY professional and full of great information. Would prefer to deal with Allday and Miller again in order that I can deal with Faye. You cannot go wrong - sadly missed out on the property I was going to view but thats the chance we all take - I know Faye is on the case and I am sure something will come up when the time is right. Allday and Miller - you are a great Agent with a fabulous, caring and understanding member of staff as I am disabled not all properties will be suitable sadly, but Faye understood that 100% - you are lucky to have her.
