We've all heard about snake-oil agents and agencies—full of charm but lacking substance, overpromising and underdelivering. Thankfully, my experience with Martin & Co. has been the opposite. Rob Hall is an agent par excellence. Yes, he’s charming, but he’s also frank, straightforward, and completely no-nonsense. While we didn’t achieve the exact rental amount we’d hoped for (short by £50 per month haha), Rob took the time to explain the local market conditions in detail. He advised us to delay entering the market to secure the best price, was patient while we completed renovations, and guided us firmly yet respectfully on what upgrades were necessary and what could be skipped. This approach left us feeling informed, supported, and confident in our decisions. So, yes, Martin & Co. certainly have our recommendation!
