Ashtons provided us with a fantastic service whilst selling a house. From the initial valuation, to managing the viewings and offers, providing advice on which offers to consider and then going the extra league to keep things moving when an unfortunate family event threatened to derail the entire process, they have been supportive and professional at all times.

We have found Ellissa to be extremely helpful throughout. Very prompt on actions and professional in attitude - clearly driven to make the whole experience successful for all sides. Great customer service mindset! And the other team members who have helped out at various stages in the process have always given a good impression too, including Olivia, Tom, Richard, Gill and more.

Ashtons service was excellent can not fault them. We had so many hurdles getting in our way but Ellissa and Lucy were fabulous and helped us through it all. Certainly wouldn't have got over the line if it hadn't been for the patience and help of Ellissa chasing up the chain and sorting out all the issues that kept being needlessly presented by our solicitor.
