Brilliant. Sold my late father's house last year and now my own. If I was ever to sell in Herts again, I would not use any other Estate Agent. They were great from getting a sale quick for top market values (Father's house +£50K over Purple Bricks) and then progressions team were easily accessible and handled questions from all side brilliantly. Ashtons felt very much like a personal service which wasn't quite matched by other agents. And when we were offered early viewings before properties went live on the website, they didn't go live until after the viewings took place. A small detail but made us feel valued - and ultimately the house we bought didn't go on the website at all. 'Early' viewings offered by other agents were live the same day. Two agents only offered properties that were over budget or out of area.
