As a first time buyer I was so confused about different type of properties on the market, the mortgage arrangement and solicitor. Kamil Lorenc, one of the sales rep at Ellis and Co – Wembley was very professional and patient in answering all my questions around different aspects of buying a house. I had and still haven’t had any other experience of a letting company, other than Ellis & Co, so have nothing to compare them to. So all I can say is that I cant think of anything which I can imagine anyone doing any better, so can only rate them as a benchmark others should aspire towards. never had a problem. excellent and friendly. Oh and they have to talk and put up with me, which must be difficult for them.

The staff are always friendly and proactive, and we really appreciate the experienced advice they have given us over the past 4 years in handling our property let. All admin and problems are taken care of by Deepak and his team, making it a pleasure to deal with them.

Unfortunately due to High Mortgage Rates took longer than anticipated.

Ellis has been managing our rented apartment for 2 years. They always been very professional, and helped us everytime time we needed. I highly reccomend them for renting, although when it comes to return the deposit it was not the same. They never returned my calls, promised to send me an email with an update never did. Also, stated the person in charge to process the refund was sick and we would have to wait for this person to return to work , it has been 2 weeks already. Not impressed at all!!!!
