Unacceptable service, first they agree on letting the property take the holding deposit and then when it’s time for referencing, they tell you that the income is low. Initially it’s ok and then it’s not really bad service . Not recommended

Staff sounds very rude, They act like, I want property for free. Bad experience.

I wish I can give zero stars. They won’t give back the holding deposit but for law they must have . They lied that they agree with my partner to give him back almost the full holding deposit but they never call him . Just lyres and no professional at all.

Is jatin is gratefull staff. But one is saumil is come your home he pressor to tenant to emty this property. Because may be he do private property rental. I have proper proof of this man.

Guys stay away from this agency. They are very unprofessional, and don’t comply with the law. Their landlord decided to don’t rent a property to me (which never mind) but they are keeping my holding deposit, even if the law says if “ the landlord is unhappy with your references, they have still to refund you the full amount “. I will never come back to this agency anymore. Wish I can put - 10 stars

Their service is one of the worst I’ve experienced (referring to their Greenford and Wembley branch). I was interested in viewing a property and contacted them the day it went on the market. A viewing was arranged but got changed three times. The fourth time the viewing was rearranged they said it was going to be be at 12pm. I was there on time and called the agency to see where the estate agent was, and they said that they are on their way. However, I waited for an hour and a half after the arranged time and still nobody turned up. I believe this is extremely unprofessional and very frustrating since they wasted my time without any valid reason. They now lost a potential buyer, and I wonder how many more they’ve lost. So, if you are someone who wants to sell your property or someone interested in buying one, there are other agencies better than this one since as a seller you wouldn’t have a lot of interest in your property due to the potential buyers’ being disrespected, and as a buyer they would just waste your time. Even one star is too much, but that’s the least I can give in this review.
