I started with this company as a tenant from October 2018, the process of getting the flat was fast and easy. After I moved into the the property it has been a night mare with the customer service from this agency. I had an electrical problem and had no heating in winter to the property, the customer agent told me and my family of 3 with a 6 yr old daughter that we wouldn’t die without heating! I still gave another chance even referred this agency to people. During the present corona pandemic I work for the nhs with these patients so each time I come in from work I use my guest bathroom to reduce any risk of exposure to my family, I noticed the bathroom has a leak I called the office as I’m no plumber and was mainly focusing on the risk of exposure and what if it goes to the flat underneath and damage there as well. I offered to pay a plumber as I can understand it’s a lockdown and asked if I would be reimbursed. The customer agent called me crazy inconsiderate lady and went on shouting at me saying people are dying! I explained that wasn’t the way to speak to me and he continued his disrespect. As a front liner I’m crazy for trying to minimise exposure to my family trying to think of my neighbours. Be very careful with this company. As soon as the country is out of lock down I will be leaving. Customer care is the worst!!!!!!!
I would not recommend Ellis & Co Wembley. When I put my property on the market, Cristina Siladi, the Sales Manager, had mis represented the property on the marketing by adding false details which I made clear was not true, but she said it will help attract buyers. This was then found out by the buyer in the later stages who pulled out of the transaction. I had given notice to the tenants and this caused me a lot of stress and costed me thousands of pounds and I had to file in a complaint to the Property Ombudsman. I would question a lot these claims made below, but in their defence they did assist to find new tenants after which I gladly declined due to the misconduct of Cristina Siladi.
WON'T RECOMMEND AT ALL. AVOID First of all, One of the worst agency to get let in. Won't recommend to anyone getting let in within this agency as they tryna recover money from your deposit with bogus and bs concern. I started living in the property 2020 mid. The property was re-painted as landlord sleeves trick and given to us. Within 3 months property started get mould all over the place and some of tiles where broken and overall property was just painted. I have lived 5 years within the property and the issue with the property never ends. We tried to raise issue with landlord and agency regarding this and never got address to the issue. After living 5 years, They tryna recover the renovation amount from my deposit rather than taking the responsibility of not renovating the property at first place before handing keys to us. AVOID
Un professional, all misleading information never answer when u leave message , I left more than 10 message never came back to me , so don’t trust what it say on website or zoopla

Very very unprofessional, akshat kept telling me he will call me to update me but i kept chasing them for updates and refund. Spoke to a few menevers of staff and all give different info. Very unprofessional team they take your money with no update. Would definitely not recommend to anyone

I living in a Ellis & Co property in Harlesden and is a disaster and they doesn't care about the complaints of the tenants. The house is with a infestation of bed bugs and nobody cares about it and the property is full of people who doesn't pay rent because the front door is unsafe and everybody can get inside of the property in a very easy way. Ellis & Co are only interested in the money and they doesn't care about the tenants who pay the rent. Scammers.
Tried to book a viewing several times even though I’m a serious buyer they didn’t call back or anything just started emailing me random properties instead
