Paramount Properties have been absolutely amazing! They took care of everything for us while we were packing up in UAE. We were dealing with Mark and he made sure that all paperwork, cleaning team and other bits and bobs were taken care of and he even left a little welcoming prezzie for us. The Paramount team have been the ideal support to help us settle into such a busy city like London. Being rather younger than average and looking for a one bed room in the West Hampstead area wasn't the easiest task (especially with the references!) and they helped us through from A-Z and we are finally moving into a flat that is even more than we ever expected or hoped for. I only have good things to say about these guys. They have all been very helpful, professional and organised. That includes Dexter, Jason, Daniel and Tatum. This was my first time dealing with an estate agent, and despite some terrible stories that I heard and most people telling me to be careful, that was not the case for me at all. I moved into my new flat a few weeks ago and I am more than happy with it. I genuinely had a great experience with Paramount and would personally definitely recommend them.

Rented a property through Paramount for 3 years and have nothing but good things to say about them. From start to end everything was straightforward and professional. A special mention should be made for Dani Davey who helped so much with the maintenance side of things. She was beyond helpful, taking ownership of any problems to make sure they got resolved, and acting with due urgency when the situation required it. The workmen that fix any issues are excellent and very professional. Overall I would definitely recommend Paramount, especially for rentals where the property is managed by them.

I recently completed on a one bed flat in NW2 and from start to finish I could not have asked for better service from Paramount. From the initial viewing to the offer, right the way through to exchange and completion Jake Jacobs was in touch every step of the way. He was professional, clear and an excellent mediator between myself and the vendor when things were taking longer than expected. Even after completion the whole team, including Lionel Stoll have been fantastic. They operate a 1% deposit scheme, taken from both the buyer and the seller which is a fantastic idea and ensures that sales are followed through to completion wherever possible. I recently rented a property through Paramount Properties. They provided excellent service & where quick to respond to all my questions. I would recommend Paramount over any other rental agencies in London based on this recent experience. The fee was reasonable and considerably cheaper than some of their competitors, they were professional through the whole process particularly Dexter who was the agent I dealt with primarily.

We found Sam and Jason to be really helpful, kind and always willing to answer any questions we had. Having dealt with 'big' estate agents in the past, Paramount come second to none.
