He was professional, clear and an excellent mediator between myself and the vendor when things were taking longer than expected. Even after completion the whole team, including Lionel Stoll have been fantastic. They operate a 1% deposit scheme, taken from both the buyer and the seller which is a fantastic idea and ensures that sales are followed through to completion wherever possible. I recently rented a property through Paramount Properties. They provided excellent service & where quick to respond to all my questions. I would recommend Paramount over any other rental agencies in London based on this recent experience. The fee was reasonable and considerably cheaper than some of their competitors, they were professional through the whole process particularly Dexter who was the agent I dealt with primarily.

We found Sam and Jason to be really helpful, kind and always willing to answer any questions we had. Having dealt with 'big' estate agents in the past, Paramount come second to none. Nothing was ever too much! If we're lucky enough to afford our own place in the future, I'm sure we'll be using Paramount again! Sam and Jason are a credit to the agency. Good work guys!

I am writing this review as a member of the lettings team at Paramount (Compliance Manager). I recently used the services of the sales department at Paramount to sell my grandmother's flat in Stanmore. Jake Jacobs did the initial viewing and did an amazing job by achieving an asking price offer on the first day the property was on the market. Benjamin Sanders,ably assisted by his manager Robert Lazarus, took over the sales transaction and the whole process ran smoothly from start to finish. Benjamin was always able to assist with any queries and nothing was too much trouble. My experience of dealing with the sales department was excellent and I am pleased I decided to use Paramount rather than one of the local agents.

Lionel, Tim and team were amazing. They sold our apartment within 3 weeks of the listing, and since then Lionel has then been in constant contact, ensuring that the sale transaction has gone smoothly and quickly. He's a brilliant communicator and we never expected to have all the additional benefit of this experience and efforts when we engaged Paramount to sell the property.

Overall it was a great experience we had with Paramount. Throughout the process Dexter and Jason were extremely helpful and approachable, and dealt with the problems with care. There was a lot of waiting on the negotiation with the landlord in the beginning, but with their effort we managed to sort it out nicely and got the flat we want. I would recommend the team to anyone who is looking to rent in West Hampstead area.

Dexter at Paramount Properties helped us to find our new place to live and found it at only the second place we looked at. He was very easy to deal with and accommodating (viewings after hours, late notice etc.) when we were looking for a place. Once we found what we were looking for, the process from there was easy (Kyla was very patient with our references - thank you!) and Dexter made sure everything was in order for the move which went smoothly.
