I am writing this review as a member of the lettings team at Paramount (Compliance Manager). I recently used the services of the sales department at Paramount to sell my grandmother's flat in Stanmore. Jake Jacobs did the initial viewing and did an amazing job by achieving an asking price offer on the first day the property was on the market. Benjamin Sanders,ably assisted by his manager Robert Lazarus, took over the sales transaction and the whole process ran smoothly from start to finish. Benjamin was always able to assist with any queries and nothing was too much trouble. My experience of dealing with the sales department was excellent and I am pleased I decided to use Paramount rather than one of the local agents.

Lionel, Tim and team were amazing. They sold our apartment within 3 weeks of the listing, and since then Lionel has then been in constant contact, ensuring that the sale transaction has gone smoothly and quickly. He's a brilliant communicator and we never expected to have all the additional benefit of this experience and efforts when we engaged Paramount to sell the property.

First time I have used Paramount. I can only say that they have really great service, very helpful, friendly and professional team. Many thanks to Danielle, Dexter and Jason for great support, fast respond for any of my questions and to being very helpful from the beginning. Paramount is the best lettings agency with I deal so far. I had good experience and I would definitely recommend Paramount to anyone looking for properties.

Overall it was a great experience we had with Paramount. Throughout the process Dexter and Jason were extremely helpful and approachable, and dealt with the problems with care. There was a lot of waiting on the negotiation with the landlord in the beginning, but with their effort we managed to sort it out nicely and got the flat we want. I would recommend the team to anyone who is looking to rent in West Hampstead area.

It's been over a month since we started our new tenancy through Paramount Properties and we couldn't be more pleased! Dexter at Paramount Properties helped us to find our new place to live and found it at only the second place we looked at. He was very easy to deal with and accommodating (viewings after hours, late notice etc.) when we were looking for a place. Once we found what we were looking for, the process from there was easy (Kyla was very patient with our references - thank you!) and Dexter made sure everything was in order for the move which went smoothly. Two weeks in and loving our new place. Thoroughly recommend Paramount, easy to deal with, no stupid fees, reactive and responsive.

We would highly recommend Paramount Properties for anyone looking in London. They were always extremely professional and highly responsive to all emails and communication was always honest and clear. Throughout our tenancy we were looked after by Dani in the property management team and we could not have asked for a better point of contact. Dani always went over and above to ensure we were comfortable and happy in our home. Any issues with the maintenance of the flat were dealt with promptly and with minimal disruption to us. We always felt comfortable allowing the Paramount team and their work partners access to the property when we weren't home as they were trustworthy and reliable. We really wish our new property had its very own Dani to help us out!

This is a really incredibly efficient agency with an incredibly attentive staff. We recently requested a furniture replacement from Paramount and Mark Durban quickly and efficiently addressed our requests and concerns without any stress. In under 24 hours it was delivered and set up in our flat. I am very pleased with this agency and highly recommend working with any of the staff here. Very pleasant experience over the last year.
