It is always stressful to buy and sell a home, so I was nervous about the whole process. The approach from Paramount was supportive and efficient. I felt like the agent had my back and that was super nice as there were a few tricky moments when there were dramas with paperwork and other things. I find it extraordinary how the system in this country is still so stuck in the past, with all the legal documentation required. My boyfriend and I managed to find our dream flat to rent thanks to Cory and Dexter at Paramount! Cory was so responsive, efficient, knowledgeable and simply lovely from the first phone call all the way to finalising the letting agreement. He kept us up to date every step of the way, answered all the questions we had (and we had loads...) and fought for our offer which got accepted - he definitely went above and beyond for us! Dexter was also really supportive and worked with Cory to get us the flat :) After a few bad experiences with other letting agents, I couldn't recommend Paramount enough, and more specifically Cory :))

Paramount is the most reliable and transparent letting agent, with the nicest flats. I used Paramount before and never lets me down. Cory in particular was very friendly and professional, the communication with him was always clear and honest, also the visits to the flats were very relaxing and pleasant.
