My boyfriend and I managed to find our dream flat to rent thanks to Cory and Dexter at Paramount! Cory was so responsive, efficient, knowledgeable and simply lovely from the first phone call all the way to finalising the letting agreement. He kept us up to date every step of the way, answered all the questions we had (and we had loads...) and fought for our offer which got accepted - he definitely went above and beyond for us! Dexter was also really supportive and worked with Cory to get us the flat :) After a few bad experiences with other letting agents, I couldn't recommend Paramount enough, and more specifically Cory :))

Paramount is the most reliable and transparent letting agent, with the nicest flats. I used Paramount before and never lets me down. Cory in particular was very friendly and professional, the communication with him was always clear and honest, also the visits to the flats were very relaxing and pleasant. Selling your property has to go down as one of the most stressful things you will ever do (beaten only by buying) but you will have a better experience with Paramount than other local agents. When you approach Paramount for the first time, you will notice how professional and slick their sales pitch is, compared to others. Once on board, you then have entire team that are very friendly and hardworking in your corner. After putting a sale on pause post lockdown, Paramount kept my details and once the market for flats heated up, Jamie called me to see if I was still interesting in listing my flat. We were on the market within a couple of days and straight in with viewings and an acceptable offer. Unfortunately, the buyer pulled out last minute due to a change in circumstance, but Jamie was straight back to it, and within days had more offers, which went to best and finals. I write this review whilst taking a break from packing as we complete in 2 days time. I suggest you ask for Jamie - he’s responsive, friendly and top notch at chasing everyone involved (buyer, solicitors etc). He won’t let you down and will get your sale over the line. Thank you Jamie for your patience with my tantrums and all your hard work.

We had a really good experience buying through Paramount. Unlike many other agents we were registered with, we weren't bombarded with irrelevant properties or pushed to attend viewings. Leighton was very prompt to respond to our enquiries, put forward our case to the sellers and facilitated multiple viewings. He was supportive and patient during the pre-exchange period and helped move everything along without pressure, which we really appreciated. Would use Paramount again.

Jamie helped me buy my first property in London and the overall experience could not have been better. Since viewing stage Paramount takes the bad rep out of real estate agents. The team at Paramount is professional, personable, genuinely caring and interested in the buyers needs as a human (not as a bag of money like other real estate agents do). Jamie at Paramount was the selling agent on my first property purchase and he was fantastic throughout the whole process. I found him genuine and polite in all the interactions we had. He was very mindful of parties’ time. He did all he could to move the transaction forward at speed but was never pushy nor pressurizing in his approach. He was consistent and determined to always find the best solution not only for the seller but for both parties. Following completion, Jamie was able to recommend some tradesmen for building/decoration works which was extremely helpful. The bottle of champagne with a ribbon and keys attached to it and a congratulations note on completion was such a nice gesture and really a cherry on the top. I would definitely choose Jamie and Paramount for any future property dealings!
