This was the best moving process we have had, Janki and Dexter were amazing and so helpful. The day before we were due to move Dexter sent us a video showing everything that they had done to the flat and wished us luck with the move. Easily contactable the whole time, went out of the way to ask the landlord any questions we had before we signed the agreement and did anything they could to make the process as smooth as possible. Could not recommend more, best estate agents in West Hampstead.

Worked with Paramount for many years and wouldn't use anyone else. Everyone is so helpful and goes the extra mile to ensure the satisfaction of both me and my tenants. Still the best agent I have ever used for purchases, sales and rentals. Always go the extra mile and do things over and above what you expect. They have let properties for me since 1998 through good markets and bad and can honestly say they have never let me down and always given exemplary service. Definitely no 1 in West Hampsted and beyond.

Dexter was very quick and helpful when we first expressed our interest in the property and made the offer process very simple for us. Once we had gone through that process and were handed over to Janki, she made every aspect of our move very simple. She was extremely helpful with answering any queries, and always responded right away, so that really made the whole experience stress free.

Am renting a property through Paramount and I have never had such a positive experience with a letting agent that is not only transparent, communicative, and helpful; but that also goes above and beyond for the tenant (from the Just Move In complentary service for setting up with new providers, to the Paramount retailer discount benefits account, to a QR code in the flat to easily report any problems). Our experience with Paramount was amazing from our first enquiry. Dexter was incredibly accommodating at finding a time for our viewing that worked around our difficult schedules meaning we could view the property as soon as possible and we fell in love with it immediately. He was super quick at communicating our offer form and clear on all our costs and the journey with paramount. We chose a property that had furniture that we did not require and so agreed we could pay to put it in storage - Dexter was so incredibly kind in letting us know that this year they would instead like to donate the cost of the storage to Macmillan Cancer Support - the charity that I work for. This was a really heartwarming gesture and shows how personable Paramount is. We were then passed over to Janki who was so incredibly thorough with all the steps for our move (as an overly organised person with OCD tendencies this made the entire process so much less stressful for me). I cannot fault anything so far with Paranount. The perks we receive as well are such a wonderful addition and really shows that Paramount genuinely care about their clients getting the most from their experiences. We’re certain we will always use Paramount for as long as we live in an area that they cover and would love to one day purchase our first property through them.

Excellent agency, they always prioritised the customer's needs and handled the entire process with absolute focus on making the customer happy. The whole Paramount team are great and we are very pleased they manage our properties. A special mention goes to Tash Hearn for all of her hard work, day to day, making sure that the properties stay in good condition to the benefit of the tenants. The service that Paramount delivered was truly phenomenal. They are extremely responsive, polite and proactive.
