I can't recommend Paramount Properties highly enough, especially our agent Lionel! We were buying a flat, and Lionel was always super responsive (literally replies were sent within 30 mins sometimes), professional, kind, patient, on top of everything and chasing other parties, where relevant. When we were confused about the process and had the questions even outside of agency scope, Lionel always had time to chat over the phone and explain everything to us. All in all, I really wish every agent was like this, it made our purchase process so much easier. I am super happy with the service provided and will recommend this to our friends. Recently found and moved into a property managed by Paramount, and I can't recommend them enough. Dexter and Lucy were fantastic throughout the whole process and I never had to chase for anything, they were so organised and helpful that they were always a few steps ahead of me! We've also been dealing with Bansari in regards to our flat and she has been amazing too. Paramount really provide the personal touch and take the time to listen to what you are actually looking for, in difference to some of the other companies that we've dealt with. If I could give 6 stars I would!

Frank and Katie were wonderful helping us from finding the flat right to move in. We were already off to a good start when we initially came to see the flat. Frank had been very communicative in the lead up to the viewing, and was perfectly punctual (rare!). He was also very helpful when it came to making an offer and moved quickly with paper work, while keeping us up to date at every step of our offer process. This excellent communication was kept up in the lead up to the move with multiple check ins from Katie (very helpful and friendly!), during the move itself, and even after, when Frank personally reached out to check everything had gone smoothly. He efficiently dealt with some of the minor maintenance issues , leaving us feeling we are in very capable hands for the future. Thanks Paramount for everything, you've made this process very smooth and exciting rather than stressful!!

Had a positive experience renting through Paramount - especially after being badly let down by another high street letting agent. Dealt with Dexter (not the first time we've met him) who is very friendly, honest and not at all pushy. And Lucy was very helpful on the admin side and gave us plenty of opportunity to clarify any matters prior to move in. All in all, would happily recommend.

Our experience with Paramount Properties has been fantastic. I'd never heard of them before we saw the property we now rent. Ollie was really helpful and reassuring throughout the process of securing the property and Lucy was brilliant too in helping us get sorted with the contract and deposit. What's great about Paramount too is they seem to have a team of people ready and at hand to help you with anything. We used their JustMoveIn service to set up our bills and internet which made moving in seamless and I'm sure the maintenance service will be equally as helpful as and when we use that too.
