We had both Adam and Katie from Paramount look after us in the process of looking for a flat, filling out all the necessary paperwork, right up until our move in date. They were both easy to contact at all times, quick with responses and helpful with any queries (the 1000's we had). I don’t normally leave reviews (and especially about estate agents!) but we received the most incredible service that I had to write something. Paramount were extremely prompt in coming out to see us and marketing our property, with regular Prime Listing on Rightmove, and kept us up-to-date with regular emails and phone calls. Soroush took care of us to begin with and thereafter it was Lionel - who looked after us from viewings, to offer, through to exchange and completion. I can honestly say, Lionel worked over and above the call of duty and absolutely earned his commission! He fought hard for us, chasing all parties regularly, to bring about a swift exchange and I’ve never felt so looked after. I have complete confidence in Paramount and highly recommend them! (We’ve also used them for renting properties in the past and were extremely impressed then too)

We have had a great experience looking for properties in West Hampstead and moving in through Paramount. Adam- who showed us a number of different properties was really helpful, not pushy and explained everything in a lot of detail. Katie- who helped us during the move in period was really great in keeping us informed throughout the long time between agreeing to the tenancy and moving in. Both Adam and Katie were always available to answer even the silliest questions, accommodated our busy/erratic schedules and helped us a lot; really makes a difference having those personal relationships during the process. This is the eighth move I've done in London and without a doubt the best experience I have ever had of renting a property. From start to finish the process has been pretty seamless. Dexter was extremely helpful with the viewing and securing the property and then Lucy has been really helpful with the next steps in terms of referencing and moving in. It has definitely been the least stressful move I've ever done and I couldn't recommend Paramount more. They show how easy it is to provide a professional service and other London letting agents could learn a thing or two from them!

We had an excellent experience with Paramount Properties, everything was handled very well and Katie and Adam were very efficient, making it very clear what we needed to do and stress free moving in. The week before our agreed move in date my old flat was burgled meaning I couldn't stay there. We contacted Katie and asked if we could move in a few days earlier and she couldn't of been more helpful. Within half an hour of contacting her she had spoken to the landlord, re-issued new contracts with instructions on what we needed to do and reorganised the inventory so that I could move in the next morning. It was such a great help and I really can't thank her enough or recommend how great she was to deal with.

I can't recommend Paramount Properties highly enough, especially our agent Lionel! We were buying a flat, and Lionel was always super responsive (literally replies were sent within 30 mins sometimes), professional, kind, patient, on top of everything and chasing other parties, where relevant. When we were confused about the process and had the questions even outside of agency scope, Lionel always had time to chat over the phone and explain everything to us. All in all, I really wish every agent was like this, it made our purchase process so much easier. I am super happy with the service provided and will recommend this to our friends. They were both extremely helpful and responsive to our needs.
