Looking for a 3 bed in my area at the moment was a real struggle! As soon as I found a potential new rental property on right move I was on the phone straight away ! From the moment I phoned Martin and co for a viewing to the moment I picked up my keys they were really helpful and professional and nothing was to much trouble . Would definitely recommend and go through this agent again in the future .

I have experienced interactions with many letting agencies and Martin & Co is one of the better experiences I have had, in regards to setting up a tenancy. They were quick to respond to calls and emails and always with a polite manner. My only criticism is the choice of their referencing provider. Due to technical issues which the company admitted to having, we spent many hours and days on referencing which should not have been so difficult. Otherwise the process was smooth. (Thanks to the team for their patience and I hope the chocolate bars are enjoyed! )

I thought that my Experience with Martin & Co was very Good as the staff were always very pleasant and were able to deal with any problems or issues Swiftly. Once I was in my new property they spoke to me to check that everything is ok and are prompt and has a caring attitude towards me.
