It would have been a good four stars but the landlord seriously let us down. I am very pleased how Martin & Co have now addressed the issues experienced and genuinely hope that future tenants will have a far better experience.

Although they eventually managed to sell our house, they failed once, and second time it took 3 buyers, 9 months and a BIG cut to the asking price. They struggled with getting my contact preferences right (i.e. email), were generally slow to contact me to provide updates and my case handler seemed to be out of office every afternoon when I called. They recommended a solicitor that seemed to have a preference for white mail which is painfully slow in this day and age. All in all I am rather disappointed and wouldn't use them again.

Its an estate agent. You'll probably hate the awful suits and smarmy service.
