This grounded and honest approach was important to us and although other agents had valued our property higher, we felt very safe in Ross' capable hands and there was no question as to who would be getting the instruction. Ross White at Ellis & Co was very effective at marketing our property, and advising and following up throughout the sale process. When our first buyer vanished, Ross found another one within a week, and both offers were above 99% of the asking price. Ross was proactive, responsive to our calls and queries, and both efficient and courteous when following up with the buyers and their solicitors to ensure completion would take place within the timeframe that we required. Ross and his team went Above and Beyond when ever called upon. Due to on going troubles selling my property (not Ellis and Co’s fault) Ross helped me through every time.
