Ross White served as very well indeed. He was always very helpful and very polite. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of selling a property from the seller's and buyer's points of view as well as that of the agent. He dealt very tactfully with various issues which were raised by our buyer and liaised between us and the buyer skilfully. He always acted promptly to all messages and kept things moving. We found him a very likeable young man and thank him very much indeed for making this sale possible for us in a short time.

"After dealing with Ross from..."

After dealing with Ross from Ellis & Co in Willesden when purchasing a property, I felt compelled to write a review as I wanted to express how fantastic he was throughout the entire sales process. He is by far one of the best agents I have come across, and remained professional and friendly from start to finish. It is refreshing to meet an agent who is honest, and genuinely cares about the purchaser as well as the seller. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family.

After dealing with Ross from

After dealing with Ross from Ellis & Co in Willesden when purchasing a property, I felt compelled to write a review as I wanted to express how fantastic he was throughout the entire sales process. He is by far one of the best agents I have come across, and remained professional and friendly from start to finish. It is refreshing to meet an agent who is honest, and genuinely cares about the purchaser as well as the seller. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family.

As first time buyers we went

As first time buyers we went into the process of purchasing our first home with great trepidation. Talks with friends quickly turned to house-buying-horror-story competitions and the property newspapers pounded us with stressful reports. Luckily, the property we fell in love with was being marketed by Ellis & Co, and the sale managed by Ross White. From the very first call to Ross I felt like we were dealing with a professional, experienced and sincere individual. He was pleasant and extremely efficient helping us to navigate the journey to the point of completion this week. The whole sale was speedy but not too fast and we felt often that things were so smooth something must be amiss. I would highly recommend Ross and his agency to all my friends and family. More importantly, as and when the time comes to move on we will certainly be contacting Ellis & Co to assist us selling the property on.

I was very pleased with Alex

I was very pleased with Alex because he was helpful, very polite, understanding and very effective. Due to time pressure I had to move in as soon as possible so I pushed Alex to speed up the process with the paperwork, deposit and everything else related and he actually did it. I was very happy that we could move in early enough.

I've found Ross at Ellis and

I've found Ross at Ellis and Co. to be both professional and diligent. From the moment our flat went on the market he has kept us updated, our emails and calls were always responded to swiftly. He has stayed on top of everything throughout the whole selling process, and continually followed through. He is very knowledgeable of the market, and is honest. Something I really value especially as I was selling for the first time. I would say he has made the selling process very smooth & straightforward and wouldn't hesitate in recommending him.

I dealt with Ross in September during the sale of my flat and would recommend Ellis and Co to anyone who is looking for a professional, reliable and hassle free agent and agency. I dealt with Ross who was

I dealt with Ross who was informative, patient and professional throughout the whole process of selling my mother's property. I struggled with a lot of the jargon from our solicitor but Ross was able to explain each process in an easy to understand language which put my mind at rest and gave me a better understanding of what was happening and when. He kept me updated the whole time with regular calls and emails and I felt he went over and above his duties. Ross was also a great support when stress levels were high and just a very polite up front person. Ellis & Co were just a pleasure to deal with and I would suggest them to anyone I knew that was moving in their area. Thank you Ellis & Co, and thank you Ross for a great service.

As a first-time buyer I have

As a first-time buyer I have been pleasantly surprised by the service provided by Ellis and co. The sale was particularly long and complicated (through no fault of the agent) and there were several occasions I felt compelled to give up! Ross made the whole process so much more bearable and I am particularly grateful to him. In particular he should be praised for (points I valued in particular): - always being available/easily contactable; letting me know if he was going to be away and giving me another point of contact - updating me on progress (good and bad) continually. I particularly valued this! Thank you! - offerring help, advice and solutions and always happy to contact vendor when we were getting stuck. I feel I could possibly have avoided extra charges I ended up paying following an issue with a lease breach (entirely not my cost to bear as buyer!) and am disappointed at having to do so. This is my only issue and I understand that the agent's first priority is to the seller paying the fees!
