What can I say Ellis & co

What can I say Ellis & co have been outstanding both in a professional capacity and on a personal level, Ross White who delt with the sale has worked tirelessly from start to finish on marketing our property and it was not an easy property to sell as it needed a lot of work to bring it up to standard Ross's professional manner and generally charming personality not to mention hard work paid off and we got a genuine buyer and the price we wanted for the sale. I would like to say on a personal level a very heart felt thank you to Ross as he went above and beyond the call of duty to get us our sale and inturn enabled me and my family to relocate to the coast where we are now enjoying our retirement and looking forward to a long and much needed rest, so once again thank you Ross very much.

Ross was exceptionally proactive during the purchase process. He has an clear understanding of the market and, at times, when issues were arising, he always was there to support us and our vendors and provide different options to speed up the process.

I met Ross White who was

I met Ross White who was acting on behalf of the seller and assisted until a transaction could be agreed in a particularly cumbersome situation. Ross kept in permanent contact with myself and the seller making sure the information flow was ongoing, timely and transparent. Ross also facilitated communication between solicitors until the exchange. Very personable and knowledgeable. Good service from start to finish.

At the very beginning, Ellis and Co made it easy for us to view the property. Ross was accessible throughout the process and helped facilitate the surveys etc. He answered questions promptly, and he was straightforward.

Ross went above and beyond to ensure that the purchase progressed as soon as possible. He was always responsive by e-mail and telephone and offered commercial advice to resolve issues. His sense of humour, enthusiasm for his job and knowledge of the area were all much appreciated.

We bought a flat through

We bought a flat through Ellis and Co - Ross White was our estate agent. Ross was professional and courteous throughout the process. If he needed to find out how things were progressing, he would first try to gain that information from the mortgage broker and solicitor before calling us - this was appreciated. Everything went smoothly - would recommend.

Ross provided us with a

Ross provided us with a professional, prompt and friendly service throughout the whole process. He was great at keeping us appraised of all events and progress in relation to the Buyer's position and so we never felt like we were in the dark at any stage. He liaised with our Seller's agent when necessary and in turn kept the Seller on board. The fees were very competitive and I would not hesitate in recommending Ellis and Co to any prospective Sellers.

The agent was extremely

The agent was extremely helpful and made the whole process of selling my property very easy. The photos that were put online gave a very good image of the house. The agent in my opinion did everything a seller would need - from the open day to the handing over of the property. I have felt very comfortable in the whole process and the agent made sure I knew what was happening and when it was happening. Overall a good experience which could be a very stressful time.

Ross White at Ellis & Co

Ross White at Ellis & Co in Willesden provided an outstanding service at a competitive price, selling our property at over 98% of the asking price. We have tried before to sell our flat using other estate agents who lost interest when the property did not sell easily in the first month. Despite a couple of offers made in the first few weeks falling through, Ross maintained his interest and commitment to selling our property, arranging open house viewings on Saturdays. Ross kept us informed with regular e-mails and phone calls, and was always easy to contact and talk to. Coming to exchange of contracts, Ross continued to work on our behalf, speaking to solicitors and estate agents up and down the chain. We always felt Ross was fighting our corner and have recommended him to all our neighbours.
