Myself and my fiancée had a very hard time over 2013 and early 2014 finding our dream first home with other Estate agencies and agents. We found it very difficult in dealing with Estate agents who were either not forthcoming with information or dishonest. Even though we put in the right offers our deals fell through many times with other agents. Our luck changed when we met Ross at Ellis and Co. Ross was very honest and helpful from the outset. He understood our position (Newly engaged at the time) and what we required. He catered his attention to our needs and showed us properties that met our requirement. Ross was very knowledgeably about the area and was always forthcoming with information that needed our attention. Ross was always at the other end of the phone line when we needed him. (Day and Night in some cases). He was also very efficient with and paperwork and communicating with all parties involved up the chain. We never had to chase him with regards to anything. Ross was very knowledgeable with regards to the process and helped make an otherwise complicated process very simple. Even when we had delays with solicitors Ross dug deep in and got any delays and issues resolved quick. We would recommend Ross to anyone requiring the services of an agent. We are sure to use his services and expertise in the future should we require it. :)

Ross provided a very accurate and realistic valuation which was met with no difficulty. He marketed the property fantastically and found buyers with speed! Every step of the process was managed efficiently, professionally, and with a personal touch. Being over in Australia, I've felt completely at ease that Ross has all bases covered, and I could rely on him chasing leads and generally keeping on top of everything. A great end to end service!

Fantastic people and fantastic service. My girlfriend and I used Ellis and Co to rent a flat in Willesden Green. They also managed it. It is a small outfit run by a husband and wife team who get involved in everything. They are also very straight talking so when you rent from them you know what the deal is. I.e. you get an inventory and check in report on the state of the flat when you move in, saves a lot of time and hassle. If we had a problem we knew who to contact and it was the same person we spoke to all the time so we didn't have to constantly explain the same problem a hundred times over. Unfortunately not with them anymore as the landlord wanted his flat back. Found a place with a large chain of estate agents up the road who are quite honestly appalling i.e. it has been a month after we moved in and we still don't have a signed copy of the contract, they didnt organise for an inventory to be done etc. Ellis and Co. in Willesden Green have shown us what good agents / management agents do and we miss them. They explain things clearly and react quickly to queries. It was a pleasure to rent through them.

The purchase became quite

The purchase became quite complicated and there were several difficulties with the conveyancing. Ross dealt with all the issues in a swift and professional manner, he insured that both the vendor and I were aware of the complications whilst keeping us both calm and well informed and helping solve all the difficulties. His experience and knowledge was invaluable and I would have no hesitation recommending him, he did an excellent job and I was very pleased that he was dealing with my purchase.

I great service provided by the Manager, Mr Ross White. I'm genuinely extremely high maintenance by nature but this didn't defer Ross. He was fast, efficient with my daily enquiries and questions.
