I found Ross White very
I found Ross White very informative and helpful throughout the whole process of purchasing our first property. Ross was fundamental to driving things forward and was always on hand to keep us up to speed. We were very happy with the service provided and felt lucky to have Ross managing our purchase.

Brilliant service, brilliant
Brilliant service, brilliant people. Small team so you always know who you are dealing with and they react quickly. We rented through them for a year and sadly had to move out when the landlord wanted his place back. We now rent through a large national lettings agent up the road who are appalling. With Ellis and Co. you know where you stand, the tenancy agreement is really simple to understand and when you have a problem you're dealing with a decision maker not a paper pusher. If you're moving to Willesden GReen you can't go far wrong with choosing Ellis and Co.

From enquiry through to completion, I'd just like to say what a great experience I've had as a tenant with Ellis & Co. Both Peter & Margaret have been great communicators. When any problems arose, they addressed quickly and were very accommodating. In summary they are very professional, dependable people and unlike some agents, they do what they promise. It's been a good experience and would definitely recommend this branch. Thank you

Id just like to say what a
Id just like to say what a great experience I've had as a tenant with Ellis & Co and Margaret Nolan in particular. When any problems arose, these were address quickly. And if they couldn't be address quickly, i was kept in the loop as to why things were taking a little longer. After a 6 year tenancy, that's pretty amazing. Margaret is true asset to both a tenant and property owner.

When I was looking for a good
When I was looking for a good lettings agent in Willesden Green area. Two people recommended Peter Stinson. After engaging with Peter and his team for the last two months I am really impressed with the service. In summary they are very professional, dependable people and demonstrate a very high sense of ownership. They will do what they promise and you get what you see. So, full marks.

Ellis & Co have been
Ellis & Co have been managing & letting my property for the last seven years. I have always found them to be more then willing to assist in any situation that has arisen, they are very professional with a personal touch. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone seeking a management agent who they could rely on. They have sourced furniture, arranged for repairs to be carried out on my behalf and always supplied me with good & trusting tenants.

I had a choice of Estate
I had a choice of Estate Agents I could of used to sell two properties for me, both were in need of work and both had tenants, it was however Damien who gave me the confidence that he could do the job. Damien has been extremely professional and has help me endlessly. He has been available throughout the whole experience, and has managed to secure both sales quickly and at the prices I was looking for. Damien has a very friendly and helpful approach and nothing is too much trouble to him. I have felt like I am in safe hands and know I made the right choice in choosing him, I would be confident to recommend him in the future. Damien goes the extra mile to make sure every effort is made to obtain the right price, he is also there to help with any problems along the way. Outstanding service and that really says a lot these days, you feel like you are the only one on his books that can only show great customer care.

I am more than happy with the
I am more than happy with the service provided by Damien and co. I would happily recommend them to anyone with confidence of their outstanding service. Both our property's were difficult to sell for many reasons, one being that they where both HMO's. However Damien and colleagues all ways went the extra mile! They were all ways quick to come back but never pushy. I all ways feel perfectly at ease, confident and safe with them. No point has been overlooked and I am all ways confident with the decisions I make with them. Their prices are more than fair, and I would indeed have been happy to pay more for their outstanding service. Damien and co have all ways been honest and upfront, and all ways pushed for the best for us as clients. I have dealt with other estate agents (big names) and all ways felt like they say anything to get their part of the sale. This is however not the case with Damien and co and I have all ways felt they want to do the best for you as a client. And I have never been bounced around the “middle men†constantly having to re-explain situations like I have had to do with every other company. Their down to earth and "real", plain talking,honest, and thorough and if more companies worked like this the world would be a better place.

An agent who actually seems
An agent who actually seems to care! We're really happy with Damien Ellison (and Sam) at Ellis & Co and would recommend them to anyone. We instructed them to sell our property because having met them when we went to view a property they were selling we were really impressed with their approach. We've dealt with quite a few agents over the years including three of the “big†estate agents for NW2 and Ellis & Co are the only ones we don't feel like we're being bull****ted by! We're a young family and they appreciate this and always give us plenty of notice of viewings. They're straightforward, open and never pushy!
