Great Service with local knowledge

Hockeys estate agents were great. We had a very long and drawn out process between selling, buying and a probate case on the property that we were buying. Both properties were with Hockeys and that worked in our favour for sure. It meant we got answers quicker. They still kept us informed every step of the way. We very much appreciated the feel of having a personal service. We have used several estate agents in the past and I would definitely say that Hockeys have come out top for us. Harriet and Ben were especially attentive to our property sale. Considering it's a very stressful experience, they did their best to reassure us the whole way through. They are very dedicated to their jobs and that shows. I will be recommending you :-) Thank you to all at Hockeys.

Thank you to Hockeys and Harriet!

We have had an excellent service with Hockeys in Willingham and in particular the amazing support from Harriet Harvey. Harriet has been extremely proactive, helpful and supportive throughout and we are so grateful to her for such professionalism. Our sale was taking a very long time and Harriet really understood our frustration, by responding quickly and positively. Thank you so much to Harriet and Hockeys, you've done a great job and helped us finally move into our lovely family home! Alison and Shane Harvey

Excellent!

We have recently bought a property through Hockey’s. Harriet was exceptionally helpful, professional and went above and beyond to maintain communications within the chain to make sure that everything went smoothly. So thank you to Harriet and also Ben for his involvement in our purchase. I highly recommend them!

Excellent Patient Service

Excellent Service and the team were very understanding and accommodating of our personal circumstances. Joe, Alex, Harriet and Will made the process as stress free as possible. They were patient with a particularly difficult buyer and Will even stayed late one Saturday to accompany a viewing to ensure I was comfortable. Although my sale was difficult and took longer than expected this was not down to Hockeys and they did everything possible to make it successful

If Heineken made estate agents!! i must say with such a large transaction in a sale and a purchase the whole experience could not have been any better managed by Hockeys! We couldn't decide on which estate agent to use but straight away when Harriot attended our house we felt at ease and comfortable and knew that we had made the right decision. the whole transaction was hassle free and stress free and i cannot thank Hockeys enough. To harriot et al thank you so much

About Hockeys Estate Agents

Hockeys heritage is unquestionable. Established in Cambridge in 1885 by William T. Hockey, the firm has been selling homes in the city and surrounding villages for over 130 years. You will find that our staff are as people-motivated as they are sales-motivated and we will take the time to get to know our clients, their property and their aspirations. Of course, if you are selling your home through us then our main priority is to put all our efforts into achieving a smooth sale and at the best price. If you are buying a property through us we appreciate that the process can be occasionally stressful, so we hope you will welcome some time and advice from us along the way. The sale or purchase of your home is not just another transaction to you - and neither is it to us.
