Frosts turned up on time, new the market and found a tenant speedily, communication was either by phone and timely.. Small error on first invoice but nothing that can't be fixed.

I let my flat through Frost in Staines. Rob Kimber was fantastic, he kept me informed every step of the way. Everything went smoothly for me because Rob dealt with any minor issues promptly and always seemed one step ahead. When he transfered to the Feltham branch he continued to monitor things until the tenant moved in, great service! I have also been very happy with the new lettings team at Staines and would happily use them for future lets.

My experience with the Frost Agency has been outstanding from the beginning, I have rented properties for over 10 years and they’re by far the most efficient and prompt at dealing with any issues as they arise.
