Alex, Jamie and Jeremy at the Frost Partnership Ashford were amazing throughout the whole process of selling my fathers house, which took many more months than expected. The initial valuation was carried out by Alex, who has an excellent knowledge of the area, and the subsequent marketing material was of a high standard. After securing a buyer the next few months were fraught with problems which Jamie, Jeremy and the team made far more bearable by keeping me up to date without me having to chase them. The final month of trying to complete the sale was extremely stressful but I felt at all times that the team were trying their absolute best to get me to completion. First class service

I recently used Frost for the sale of my flat in Windsor. From the outset they were polite, friendly, efficient, fair and really listened to what I wanted as a customer. I believe they provided the most "honest" valuation for the property, backed up with evidence of completed sales in the area i.e. they didn't just pluck an unachievable, inflated figure which would have left my property on the market for a considerable period. Saying this, they did all they could to increase the sale price and generate as much interest as possible. After I had accepted an offer they worked tirelessly to ensure it was completed, at all times remaining extremely professional and upbeat. I would highly recommend.
