Dear 'Tim', Can't really respond to your rating if you don't explain it. We have no record of dealing with a 'Tim' from a location in France. On our system, 17/2/2020, there's a file note from our lettings administrator at the time " Spoke on the telephone and took details - English is not his first language so for some of the questions he has asked that his wife call back." On 19/2/2020 at 9:47am. Another email was sent to you. On 21/2/2020 we tried to call and on 24/2/2020 we noticed you left a google review. Just FYI, we received your enquiry on 17/2/2020. I understand that sometimes things do not go as we would like, and I am sorry that you feel we were not happy. The employee you spoke (from our notes) to is a very nice person, so I am surprised that you left this message. That said, there is probably more behind the matter.
