Their understanding and empathy towards your individual goals and expectations is crazy when you consider they balance everyone. I couldn’t imagine balancing lots of versions of me who have a dream home but need lots of help to get it. The UK purchasing system is rough but with these two at the healm you can literally move mountains. Thank you xx

Did in 6 weeks what our previous estate agents couldn't do in 6 months!

Mark & team sold out house in 6 weeks after months of termoil with another estate agent. We got the price we wanted in one of our first offers through him. Correspondence was easy via a WhatsApp group set up by his wife Julie who was always just a message away and always replied fast with the exact answer we needed. We hope to never need to move again but if we do it'll be via mark Buchanan!

Forever Home

Mark and his team have been absolutely incredible in supporting us to buy one of his homes. We stupidly did not use Mark ourselves but thankfully bought a property he was selling and his family have been incredible in speaking with solicitor, estate agents and all parties involved to ensure fast and efficient service. We tried to buy a home through Mark two years ago but unfortunately lost our own buyers and with delays throughout the process we had to take a step back .
