"Northwood have our property..."

Northwood have our property on the guaranteed scheme. We have not seen it for over a year and that's great! We get quarterly reports and the rent comes on the same day every month. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I don't normally write reviews but am very pleased with the service I get from Northwood.

We are on the guaranteed rent scheme and I am very delighted with it, I no longer work but I can rely on a continuos income from Northwood which gives me and my family peace of mind, they also deal with my properties maintaince issues and this is normally sorted quite quickly but most importantly to a high standard! We are very happy.

Agency uses heavily edited photos as evidence - Photos had filter on them. I got charged £500 cleaning fee after I cleaned the flat and had carpet professionally cleaned. I think it’s just sad how this agency is operating and anyone who works there should be ashamed of themselves. I wish I could put photos that been used as “evidence” of a messy flat. Just disgusting practice. For any future tenants: take as many pictures when you move in and when you move out because they will try to take as much money from you.

Avoid at all costs! I’ve had the unfortunate pleasure of having to deal with this joke of a company for the last 2 years as a tenant, nobody in the office passes messages on to colleagues so absolutely everything is lost or just completely wrong. They like to give the impression that they’re competent when you’re signing up for a tenancy but the aftercare is an absolute disgrace and can only be described as utter incompetence. I’ve just spoken to Gemma Armstrong who is the director, and all I’ve received is sarcasm and no help whatsoever in terms of trying to get my deposit back. I wouldn’t recommend this lot to anybody.
