We, unfortunately were in a chain of four and having numerous problems with the bottom of the chain due to them using an internet based conveyor. James at Mortimers Accrington was an absolute gem, he kept us in touch the moment the problems started and chased all involved on a daily basis. Despite our frustration and stress all was eventually sorted and we couldn’t thank James enough.
