Matt, Waol and the team were extremely helpful throughout. The only regret was using a company called Via Removals, who were recommended by someone at Mortimers. Leanne delt with our purchase of our first family, she was lovely & can't thank them enough for securing our beautiful home! The only criticism is that as first time buyers we felt like we was out the loot, although I believe that Leanne & mortimers wasn't at fault, I believe there's was a few issues with the chain. Left a message via their site. Got a call back from another branch promising a call from the Accrington one. Still waiting - although they have missed out now.

Mortimers Clitheroe are great. Accrington are useless. Never reply to online viewing requests. Don't anwser the phone. Requested to view over 3 times as no anwser or reply called Clitheroe. Infor.ed rigbt away Requests stopped the weekend after viewing requests made. Absolute joke.

recently viewed a house put in an offer did not get it fair enough i was called back told it is back for sale ok so put in offer told there is some more viewings will let me know called me back thay will cancel rest of viewings if i can give them proof of deposit mortgage and my i d so i did all that told me it was mine called the next day and said some one else has looked at the house and sold it to them i feel thay just used me .

Absolute shambles. When you do give a review, you then get harassed by Matthew at the Accrington Branch at 20.07 pm on WhatsApp, till the following day, trying to justify what happened. I think this behaviour is absolutely disgusting, and then they wonder why they get 1 star. I haven't posted the messages on here; they are for his head offices eyes at Ryder and Dutton.
