recently viewed a house put in an offer did not get it fair enough i was called back told it is back for sale ok so put in offer told there is some more viewings will let me know called me back thay will cancel rest of viewings if i can give them proof of deposit mortgage and my i d so i did all that told me it was mine called the next day and said some one else has looked at the house and sold it to them i feel thay just used me .
Absolute shambles. When you do give a review, you then get harassed by Matthew at the Accrington Branch at 20.07 pm on WhatsApp, till the following day, trying to justify what happened. I think this behaviour is absolutely disgusting, and then they wonder why they get 1 star. I haven't posted the messages on here; they are for his head offices eyes at Ryder and Dutton.

Useless from start to finish. The staff at the Great Harwood branch are the most arrogant liars I've had the misfortune to deal with. Tell you they've got buyers to get us on the books and then we find out they did not. The manager Kim especially was particularly difficult to deal with. When I complained about her she thought we were out of order for letting higher management know of her utter incompetence and trail of lies. She became the victim which shows how weak and useless she is. They bring out feelings of hatred and cause the stress. Scum.

I'm an expat landlord and wished to sell a property at the end of the tenancy. I contacted Mortimers by telephone to try to engage them. The office promised to get in touch with the letting agent to asses the property. and then....... nothing. I sent emails, called the shop and was promised call backs. Every time I tried to speak to Shelley she was biusy and would call me back. Don't waste your time.
