Sam, as selling agent for the house we bought, was very helpful in all our dealings with him, both during the viewing stage and later on. He was not what I would call "typical salesman", being fair in his descriptions and very helpful to us who knew little of the town/region.

Had a great service from all at Charters but especially Gary Brown when Buying and Selling our house this year. It made what was a difficult time a much smoother process and have now begun to settle in our new house! Charters have done an excellent job and so nearly got us a sale but unfortunately the buyer pulled out at the 13th hour! It was completely unexpected but no fault of Charters. I exchanged yesterday on my property and move in a week! Charters provided excellent service throughout, selling to the first people to view (without having seen the photos and details). My vendor was rather tricky, to say the least, and Charters took great care to ensure that the sale did not fall through, potentially leaving me homeless at Christmas! Special thanks to Gary, Matthew, Sam and Jo who worked tirelessly to sell my house and find me a lovely new home.
