Selling our home with Brockenhurst was the quickest and easiest experience. James came to our house for a valuation and within 4 hours , he had sold our home that evening to a lovely couple! The team then worked hard to help us find our dream home. Throughout the process they were good with communication, keeping us up to date regularly with developments in our chain. We cannot thank them enough.

The guys at Brockenhurst were great. James, Clare and Anji done a really good job finding us our home and always kept us in the loop with convenient communication. They were also able to accommodate weekend viewings with some of their other staff which worked great for us. They kept in touch with our solicitors which was convenient, as it kept everyone on the same page and made the process seamlessly simple. We would recommend Brockenhurst to any one looking to buy, rent etc, and we would ourselves use their services again. Many thanks!

Whilst looking for our family home James has been brilliant at sourcing great properties for us to view even some which aren’t yet on the market. He is our go to guy for our next home and we have throughly enjoyed the process.

Brockenhurst helped us with the sale of our property and so happened to be the agent for the one we were buying. Every aspect was explained well and it didn’t just stop at the offer acceptance. All the way through to completion they were on our side keeping us informed and working tirelessly to get the completion through even with our unfortunately poor conveyancers. I've never known an estate agent to be so easy to work with! They were very efficient with organising a viewing and subsequent negotiations. And kept me up to date with how the purchase and chain were going, without me having to ask or chase, which shows how professional they are and very friendly too. Thank you!

I am thoroughly impressed with the team at Andover, and especially Anji, the move manager. When I was choosing an estate agents I specifically chose Brockenhurst because they had a dedicated person who would follow up the sale process to ensure everything was progressing. Anji went above and beyond in this role, with endless patience and always diligently ensuring everyone in the chain was progressing as well.
