We chose to go with Brockenhurst Andover to sell our house, as whilst their rate was slightly higher than a few other local agents we got quotes from, the quality of their service seemed far better. We were not disappointed! The whole team we worked with were very engaged, professional and helpful, communicating with us regularly to keep us informed throughout the entire process, but I wanted to especially mention Anji - who has gone above and beyond these last few weeks, coordinating with the whole chain, ensuring we exchanged contracts in good time for completion. Very supportive throughout the process. Trustworthy and always communicated updates promptly. They all made the processes as smooth as possible and worked hard to ensure deadlines were met and paperwork signed. Also, staff were kind and approachable - would definitely use Brockenhurst again.
