I enquired to Brockenhurst mid December when we decided to sell our house (very last minute!) I had a call from James moments after enquiring and he came round that very day to value the house. From the get go James was incredible! He talked me through everything and gave me a fair valuation, he was even patient with my loony children running in and out of the kitchen non-stop throughout our whole chat.
