Anji was fantastic. The property purchase was a frustrating process due to elements outside of the vendor and agents control, but Anji kept the chain updated as we navigated the way through & was great at getting things moving quickly. We had a last minute hiccup with the stamp duty announcement giving us just 3 hours to react and Anji’s quick actions saved me paying an extra £5,500! I would definitely recommend.

Renting from Brockenhurst was a less painful experience than ofter estate agents, we was dealing with a love lady call Lou, very helpful and responded in a timely manner to emails, well done to Lou and the team, we're very happy with the whole experience.

We viewed a house and had our house appraised by Adam. He was very professional and we were really impressed by his knowledge, enthusiasm and dedication to sellers and potential buyers. By far the best experience we have had searching for a property, with an agent. Spent a lot of time finding out what we were looking for, then matched us to other properties on the market. Very friendly on the viewings and knowledgable. Also the only agent we have registered with in Andover, that has been proactive in booking us viewings and contacting us, when suitable properties come to market!

I used Brockenhurst estate agents as we had purchased through them before. As I expected Clare and her team were very informative and kept me in the loop for viewings and things I had to do as it had been a while since I had sold a property. Any questions I had were answered promptly and with the right answers. Everything went far smoother than I thought it would. That was down to the efficiency of the whole team. I would have have no hesitation in recommending them or using them in the future. Great Job!

I am so relieved I switched to Brockenhurst from my previous agents. I don’t know where to start with these lovely humans. Every interaction I have had with the whole team has been so kind and professional, from valuation through to completion the staff at Brockenhurst have gone above and beyond. Viewings, while naturally stressful, were arranged with excellent communication throughout. Anji really kept me together in the final weeks of the sale bringing everything together and events were able to exchange contracts. I honestly feel they are a really genuine team of people who are passionate about what they do and would recommend them in a heartbeat If you want an estate agent without the stereotypical “estate agent” feel, this is the company for you. When I move next I will be on the phone to Brockenhurst immediately!
