Good Service in handling a difficult sale mainly due to the incompetence of the purchaser's solicitor Convey Law, Newport. Julia Goodwin worked particularly hard to progress the sale in a professional and efficient manner. I would be happy to recommend this firm to anyone wishing to sell.

Rental services in Bangor are excellent But the service fixflo is bad They take many days until they come, even if it is an emergency Currently, I have a water leak in the house for three days. They did not come. Is it possible to close the main water valve all this time?

Not recommended for Bangor university students looking to move into a shared house. EDIT: Changed from 1 star to 3 star due to services provided during the move out of the house. Our property manager was great at sorting out our deposit, however be careful to ask about landlords before moving into a property, as landlords will try and hustle money out of you. All and all since finally leaving the tenancy we have been particularly happy with the service, and although other Bangor services may be more proficient, this agency provided a good standard when being pressed into doing so.

Mostly satisfactory

I found these agents to be helpful and courteous on the whole. However the gentleman showing the property didn't seem to have much background knowledge on the property. My telephone calls were not always returned and there was some confusion regarding completion with blame passed on to my solicitor when it was more the seller's solicitor's fault after my deposit had been transferred. I greatly appreciated the keys being delivered to their office near my workplace.
