shocking time management, had me waiting around with my 81 year old grandmother for 27minutes outside of a property and no apology, only an excuse that they had double booked my appointment time. a totally ruthless bunch of women, the type you know will have something nasty to say about you once you've walked out of the door. steer clear if you can, there are plenty of other agents in the area who treat you like a human being, not just as 'commission'.
I do not recommend anyone to deal with this agent. They rude and they like just money without any help. They took my booking fees without giving me the house key. They're rude and do not respect their customers. If anyone needs to rent a house, it is a good idea to deal with landlords directly or deal with Adams agent
Poor professionalism from Vanessa. Rude and curt e-mails. Clear bias to the seller, as advised myself to not offer a lower offer on a house (which was accepted). Placed 2 phone calls to remove the 'sold' sign from my property - still not actioned. Disorganised team when collecting the keys - with no word of congratulations after a long process with their team. Hung up on me on one occasion. As a young, first time buyer, I have always been very polite and naive with this whole process, I wish I'd done it with a more professional and deserving agent, company.
Accepted my offer on a property and then 2 days later said my offer had been rejected as someone had put in a higher offer and did I want to increase my offer. Why were offers still being accepted if a sale had been agreed. Something not right here!!
Don't even deserve 1 star. Shocking customer service. Treated terribly!
Disorganised, bad communication and dishonesty they take their client side, I went through DPS dispute, thankfully we won, I wont advice any one to use their service due my bad experience with them and the horrible service I received, never again.
I have entered this under the section 'sold a property through them' as there was no section for 'they had it on the market for year and a half but we got absolutely no where with them!'. We eventually put our house on the market with another agent and had several offers and a sale through them very quickly which proves to me there was nothing wrong with our home but that we had the wrong people trying to sell it for us. Unfortunately we were then landed with an 'admin charge' of £360 from Property people. For what, I have no idea! They failed to sell the property or get ANY interest whilst another agent embarrassed them with their performance and then they have the cheek to ask for our money. They never verbally informed us about this charge and when I complained that stated I signed the contract where it was documented in small print. They were correct but I was a women at home alone, husband working away, trying to conduct a meeting with the agent whilst my baby and dog were causing havoc , how was I to be expected to read all the small print in a situation like that! That kind of behaviour is taking advantage in my opinion. There are other reasons I am annoyed and disappointed with this agent but it would take to long to explain. In short, my advise would be to AVOID!
