What a fiasco and embarrassment. I am a professional with high end job settling down to contribute to my adopted town. I've used agencies all over England as part of my job movement and understand the letting system well. Never have I been made to feel like I am dishonest, vagabond or so shocked at the money grabbing unrealistic fees they seem to conjure out of thin air. Now keeping my deposit for not having the flat to an unrealistic cleaning standard? Cannot wait for the Government to sort out these sharks. Beware…hidden fees every ware including a £50 reference fee if you want to escape these comedians.

Worst dealings with estate agents in over 15 years. Rude , obnoxious catty women with no care about any particular queries you may have once they have secured your offer. Do yourselves a favour and avoid at all costs - unless you enjoy being patronised!

Avoid these lot. They charge £420.00 for an inventory - just pure money grabbers !

shocking time management, had me waiting around with my 81 year old grandmother for 27minutes outside of a property and no apology, only an excuse that they had double booked my appointment time. a totally ruthless bunch of women, the type you know will have something nasty to say about you once you've walked out of the door. steer clear if you can, there are plenty of other agents in the area who treat you like a human being, not just as 'commission'.

I do not recommend anyone to deal with this agent. They rude and they like just money without any help. They took my booking fees without giving me the house key. They're rude and do not respect their customers. If anyone needs to rent a house, it is a good idea to deal with landlords directly or deal with Adams agent
