Well, they are bad. Don't even want to waste time on describing how bad they are. Now I've decided to move out next year. Very unhappy. Will NEVER touch this company again.

Shocking customer service. This company never responds to urgent enquiries (email or voicemail) and their telephone manner is most unfriendly. After a rushed viewing, I phoned the office to express my interest (knowing that properties go very quickly) and willing to pay holding fee over the phone. I called, only to be stopped mid-sentence by Andrew Sheldon and told to call back in ten minutes. I was driving at the time using my handsfree. After ten minutes I phoned back. No response.I called again five times. I came to the conclusion that everyone had gone home and that I had been essentially fobbed off. If the property was no longer available, why not just tell me there and then? I left a message stating I wanted the property and if someone could call me first thing - regardless of the outcome. I waited all morning for a call, even sending a follow up email.Again nothing. I was at work, so it took my partner to ring up, only to be told that the property had been let out. No apology for lack of communication. This whole endeavour cost me a great deal of time, money and worry. after this, I would NEVER consider letting a property from Martin & co. I would strongly advise against using this agency. They simply do not seem to care.

Awful, avoid at all costs. Don't return calls, damn right rude too. There are much much better agents.

Unfairly screwed by early termination fares and over 2 months of additional rent cause another tenant was not found - despite the building being a very popular place to rent. Hope they will understand one day tenants are human beings and one may need to leave a property without it costing £2,400.

0 * rating from me, angrily wasted £1200 in legal fees ( Would have rather donated this to a children's hospital at this time of year ) Agent neglected to inform me at the beginning that ground fees double every so few years plus on a red flood risk area, 5G Phone mast next to property possible health issues all this information would have been handy to begin with. Emails and calls were either unresponded to or cold. AVOID. Never again.

Disorganised and rather unhelpful! No alternative sought... Left messages to be told couldn’t help as agent away! Agent failed to pass messages on to rest of the team on her day off! Don’t recommend!
