since changing from Derek spires i have found that the service is a lot better. however i still have big cold old windows that need replacing and cold walls as are not properly insulated(all exterior walls need thermal boarding . putting wallpaper over everything so the new tenant doesn't work with me as i am a plaster by trade. puddling has destroyed any chances of creating outdoor space and have only sat in my table and chairs once due to feet in puddles and no proper drainage:(.now i have done some work to tie me off but this winter has been the worse heating is never off. soon as its off its like being in freezer with all my hard earn possessions getting damp:(. work i have undergone hasn't been reimbursed. was told handy man would help out but have seen or hurd.never new that taking over the tenacy means i become that handy hand lool security bulbs have all gone and trying to walk down 3 sets of outdoor stairs with no lights is a total nightmare. seem to be going round in circles last few years

Just boring, lack of sincereness

Contacted by Martin and Co and arranged a rental valuation for my property. Organised time off work to be able to show their colleague around my 6 bed house. They cancelled the appointment less than an hour before it was scheduled even though confirming their attendance the morning of the appointment - even mentioning that they may be early to get a feel for the area. I was given a half hearted apology and told that they are only able to now come out a week later to view and was not contacted by them again to book this in. Unprofessional and would not recommend as wasted my time completely.
