We were extremely pleased with our selling agent Next Chapter. The entire process was made really easy for us and everything was taken care of. From our initial valuation we could see the confidence of the team and were really impressed with the innovative ideas presented to us for marketing our home. We never felt pressurised and our suggestions were always taken into consideration. We had a high volume of viewings through the door and after 8 weeks we had several offers on the table. The final negotiations by Next Chapter meant we received a great price for our property and their tactical shrewdness meant we had the right buyer and completed 6 weeks later.
