Excellent overall expereince
Extremely happy with the overal experience with Amir, Katy and Next Chapter. The whole experience was explained at a level I could cope with and finally being able to deal with an agent that is honest every step of the way was a delight. Other agents would do well to learn from Amir and Katy and all at a very good price. Would 100% always use Next Chapter in the future.

Many thanks to Amir and staff for all your help with our sale and purchase. Professional, friendly service with the added bonus on conducting all viewings. Keeps you informed by email and text of upcoming appointments and viewings which sets Next Chapter apart from other agents in Brentwood. Excellent value for money and would highly reccommend.

Great service and honest!!!!!!
Amir told me he would get my house sold as others couldn't, and he stuck by his word. It was not an easy ride as Amir had to deal with two sets of solicitors that were not proactive and did not enjoy the art of communication! When he saw that all parties were upset by how long the process was taking, Amir took control of the situation until he achieved the exchange date and then completion, keeping me informed all the way. Could not have asked for more!
We recently sold our house through Next Chapter and could not have been happier with their brilliant service. Our first meeting with Amir set the tone - he really took the time to sit and discuss our move with us, which was like a breath of fresh air after dealing with other local agents. Amir is so enthusiastic, hard-working and friendly - he made the whole experience of selling our house a pleasure rather than a stress! We were extremely happy with the photographs that were taken of our house, which really stood out online. Everything was dealt with and handled so quickly, with minimal fuss and intrusion. Amir has been extremely helpful - from moving furniture around for us so that we could get the best photographs, to picking up keys and dropping off paperwork. He has been an absolute star and we've loved working with him. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Next Chapter and will definitely use them again in the future. This is a brilliant local business with a great ehtos. We wish Amir and his family all the very best - if his blue signs all over Brentwood are anything to go by, then he's well on his way to a huge success, which is exactly what he deserves! Amir and the team worked twenty four seven (and I really do mean 24/7) from day one! Our house sold within two weeks and we had several offers to choose from. Next Chapter is the way forward in estate agent fees too, a set price no hidden costs so no matter the price of your house you always receive the very best attention! Simply the best
By all means shop around for your estate agent but, trust me, you will never find one that is as helpful, dedicated and hard-working. Next Chapter have been an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I immediately took to Amir because of his lack of a "hard sell." It's a complete no-no for me if someone is only interested in getting you to sign on the dotted line for something, without taking the time to hear what it is that you require of them. Their price is an obvious benefit, and the photos that will be taken of your property by renowned photographer Linda Blacker are outstanding. Much like Next Chapter.

Highly recommend
We chose to contact Next Chapter partly because we loved their website and the photograhy and partly due to the number of flats they had sold in our development for the best prices. Amir is very professional at all times and Kate's pre photography report is invaluable to preparing your home for the excellent photographs. His knowledge of the market and our development was second to none. We felt comfortable handing Amir a set of keys so that viewings could be done while we were out. From the moment you meet Amir his passion for selling homes comes through. We would definitely recommend Next Chapter

Next Chapter Review
Amir works very hard for his clients. He is keen, enthusiastic, has good knowledge of the market and market place/value. He took a massive risk going out alone and starting an estate agent company on his own with his partner Kate, and it would only work with hard work, dedication and perserverance. But Amir didn't just talk the talk, he walked the walk. and quite possibly could change the way other estate agents work in the future too. His set fee regardless of the price of the value is very appealing, plus with hiring great photography work, he and Kate really have progressed things forward and it wouldn't surprise me if other estate agents follow suit. I am glad and happy to have gone with Amir, and would happily recommend him and Next Chapter to others. Irfan
