Great Service, Reliable & Proffessional
We would like to thank Amir and his team for making our move as professional and reassuring as possible. Although we encountered problems, Next Chapter were always on hand to assist, advise and were always there till the end to ensure problems were resolved. A Breath of Fresh Air - Superb!
It was obvious to see when meeting with Amir last year for a valuation that he was very enthusiastic and wanting to make a difference in the Estate Agency space. When finally putting our house on the market this year I was pleasantly surprised to see that Amir was if anything, more driven and focused on deliverying a top level of service than he was before. The photography was very impressive and the advice given prior to having the photos taken proved invaluable in showing our home off to it's full potential. As promised the service levels did not drop throughout the sale process as I have experienced when using other firms. When concerns were raised about my buyers lack of positive movement Next Chapter took the necessary steps to make sure things were moving in the right direction and gave the comfort level that I needed to allow them continue without my continued chasing. Regular updates and good communication are key to good service and Amir and his team did an excellent job in this area. I would highly recommend them to anyone else in the area looking for a positive estate agent experience. You are not made to feel like you are one many clients being managed in order of priority but instead treated individually with the correct level of importance you expect when paying someone for a service. I wish Amir and his company a very successful future and thank them for helping make this part of our a move a much less stressful one.

An Agent who will sell your home without you having to do anything.
From the initial sale estimate and review of the property, Amir and his team have been proactive in all aspect of a smooth sale. He quickly established our goals and endeavoured to achieve them. I had total confidence in his ability to sell our property within the time frame we required without any additional comprise. His fees are very reasonable and its refreshing to have an agent actually willing to do all the work.

Excellent, professional, non threatening service!!
From start to finish all staff at Next Chapter have been: friendly professional calm supportive reassuring helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend them as an agent for buying and selling. Having dealt with four moves previous to this move we have found Next Chapter to be the best by far and they put some of the other local agents to shame, Amazing service for a great price. Thank you

Fantastic value for money!
Amir and Katie are a start up company with an amazing amount of enthusiasm for selling your house. Initially Amir did all viewings but when this became restrictive due to time constraints we happily did a few ourselves. The photographs speak for themselves and sell your house for you - what a brilliant idea to use a professional photographer! Our house sold very quickly despite a couple of hiccups along the way. My only quibble is due to next chapter being a start up it can often be difficult to get hold of Amir immediately although he will eventually get back to you when he has a free moment. This can be stressful when chasing progress. Overall though, brilliant value for money when selling a house over £250,000
