The initial meeting with Blake was excellent, very informative. Sadly that didn’t continue once it moved to the selling team, communication following viewings was slow and didn’t improve much. Didn’t get told that sale was agreed STC and that was the reason a viewing had been cancelled until I queried why viewing cancelled 3 days later. However once sale agreed we then moved to Senior Sales Progressor Rebecca and her service was excellent, regular communication, help with queries or concerns. Very pleased.
Katie Powell was very diligent and responsive throughout a very protracted sales process. We were very unlucky with our buyers who dropped out twice and the third moved very slowly, but Katie kept us informed every step of the way and worked with us very collaboratively to try to remove road blocks and keep the sale progressing. She was always polite, a proactive communicator, diplomatic and cheerful, despite some very frustrating scenarios. Huge thanks to Katie for such good customer service.

I was initially put off by their large, corporate appearance. I feared they might not have a very good eye for minor details etc, but actually everything has been fine and for the most part our transaction went smoothly and communication has been prompt on most occasions. Overall, a better experience than the first time I bought a house in the area with a different agent who shall remain nameless.
