Calm and efficient
After out buyers lost their buyers, our agent remained calm and found a new prospect in a few short days. We were kept informed at all stages, without being overwhelmed with petty updates. This was the sale of the property that we had been letting on short term agreements for 7 years, and we had hardly missed a week of occupancy, and all of the tenants were of good calibre, All in all, Jonathan Rees is a first class local Estate Agent providing good quality across the whole range of services.

Excellent Service
Jonathan Rees have helped my purchase my flat guiding me through step by step as a first time buyer. Now they are acting as agents as I rent the flat out and have again been helpful and I fully recommend them.

Amazing re-let
Tenant gave notice on 25th July, house advertised on 26th,viewings 27th-2 prospective tenants both wanted property at the asking rent offered one of them and current vacates on Sept 3rd and new tenant will move in on 17th Sept

Consistently Excellent

Great Service
My wife and I have dealt with JRPS for more than 6 years, having bought , sold and let property through their various departments. We initially engaged their "tenant find" service for our let property, with great results. We found all staff at JRPS to be very courteous, friendly and totally professional in all matters. About 4 years ago we changed to a full management service for our let property. Again we have had great results without any worries whatsoever. JRPS take care of all aspects of letting a property from viewings, inspections, day-to-day maintenance, property reports and rent collection on our behalf. I would be very happy to recommend JRPS as a first class estate agent to any landlord.

Excellent service
We bought a property via JR and were very impressed with how well Jas particularly communicated with everyone in our chain. They were always on top of things and kept everyone up to date. I don’t think the process would have gone anywhere near as quickly or smoothly without Jas keeping the momentum going. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

Professional Estate Agents - Excellent service from start to completion
I cannot recommend Jonathan Rees Property Services enough. Jonathan, Richard, Jas and Wendy provided excellent communication throughout the sales process and were proactive in keeping me informed throughout. Even when I had queries they were responded to very promptly. Their advice was invaluable and nothing was too much trouble. Having lived at my property for 21 years they provided reassurance throughout and I am very grateful that they sold my house at the price I was hoping to achieve. I would have no hesitation in recommending Richard for his local knowledge and professionalism which also applies to the rest of the team. One happy customer!

A satisfied seller
Good communication during a sale that turned out to have its tricky moments with a break lower down the chain. They also worked proactively in the days before exchange to ensure that things kept moving towards a conclusion.
