A professional and efficient company, with pleasant and caring staff
I have been renting through Jonathan Rees for the past 6 years and I have always found the staff to be very pleasant, and always helpful, I would like to particularly mention Ellie Davis , who I met for the first time this week when she came to do the quarterly inspection of the property, she was like a breath of fresh air, very professional but with a lovely bubbly personality, it was a pleasure to meet her, and I look forward to seeing her at the next property inspection.

Excellent and informative lettings & sales service
I'm reviewing this agent as both a landlord and a seller. Landlord: I have been letting my property via Jonathan fully managed service for five years. The service provided by the Chandlers Ford lettings dept has always been excellent. The tenant selection process was good, payments I received were always prompt, I was kept fully informed throughout and minor issues with the property were quickly resolved.. Seller: When it came to selling the property, I used Jonathan Rees sales office in Chandlers Ford and experienced the same high level of service, obtaining the asking price for my property.

Efficient and friendly service
Arrangement and check in at the property was very smooth. Very reasonable fees compared to most agents. A problem that we reported with the boiler was fixed very quickly I hope the check out process is as smooth! We would recommend them

Pro-active sourcing of tenant for a vacant property.
The Jonathan Rees Office in Chandlers Ford is a busy one with staff assisting both tenants and landlords. My property had been vacant for over 2 months and Andrea and the team were successful in finding a new tenant for me very quickly. Other agents had been unable to find a new tenant after mine had left unexpectedly to relocate up north. I am also impressed with the fact that when a maintenance situation arises I only need to make one call to the Jonathan Rees office rather than having to liaise with another ‘parent’ organisation. If I have a requirement to let the property again then Jonathan Rees will definitely get the brief and I have recommended them to colleagues and friends. Helpful , honest and trustworthy!
This was not your average sale. Started off as my uncle selling to move in with us but he sadly passed away before that could happen. It then became a sale for his estate. Matthew couldn’t have been more helpful and compassionate. My aunt and uncle were hoarders and he was non judgmental and kind. Constantly in touch and always easy to get hold off I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again. In fact I wish they had a branch up here in Andover!!

Olivia has provided me with a professional, friendly and customer-focused service in relation to the management of my retirement flat. Flat inspections were conducted in a timely, efficient and respectful manner. Furthermore, it was easy to contact Olivia by phone, e-mail or in person and she responded promptly and positively to all enquiries and issues raised.

Cheerful & helpful
I have just started a tenancy with Jonathan Rees, They were reassuring during the tenancy agreement process and helped to answer any queries we had in full. Very quick to respond to any queries we got have got with a happy demeanour. I recommend this estate agents!

Staff very professional and pleasant to deal with.
Have been helpful when we needed to make requests, especially concerning Mr Jory`s special needs. Both Anastasia and Claire have been excellent at liaising with the landlord for us. We are enjoying living here and have found the neighbours friendly and helpful.
