Purchase of property through Jonathan Rees
We have just purchased a property through Jonathan Rees and found them to be friendly and helpful. We dealt mainly with Jas who was always pleasant and kept us informed at all times about how the sale was proceeding. We also spoke to Wendy and she was efficient and friendly. We were especially pleased with Wendy's recommendation to use 'Movehire' as the removal company. Darren and his team at 'Movehire' were fantastic and helped make our move go smoothly and stressfree.

Sale & purchase
We were incredibly satisfied with the service we were provided by Jonathan Rees. From our first meeting, valuation and viewings we have always found them to be honest, trustworthy and available when we had queries. They were very efficient, communicative and it was especially helpful working only with a small team who knew us personally. We would thoroughly recommend Jonathan Rees and were very happy we were buying and selling through the same agent as it made our process simpler.

Superb service every step of the way
Richard and the rest of the team at Jonathan Rees were terrific from the initial valuation through to, and even beyond, the final completion. Their professionalism, friendliness, positive attitude and support made the process of selling our home so much easier and reassuring. it was a pleasure to deal with everyone in the Chandler's Ford office and we would have no hesitation in using them again in the future. We could not fault the service we received from Jonathan Rees, Richard and the whole team made the purchase of our new home a pleasurable experience for one of the most stressful things to do in life, move home. A professional and friendly experience.. Jas Pone is a STAR!
From the initial meeting right through to the completion date, Jas Pone instilled total confidence in us both in her ability to market and sell our property and in fact she delivered beyond our expectations. That said and done in a difficult market currently. Not many other properties approaching £1m are achieving sales such as ours. Well done Jas; we would and will recommend your services to others.

Excellent service

1st Class service
Although it took rather longer than expected to complete the sale of my property due to actions of other estate agents up the chain. Jonathan’s team from day 1 supported me through my first experience of selling a property. The photographs showed off my property perfectly and a detailed and accurate description was produced. I was kept informed constantly about viewings, feedback and then offers, and I felt comfortable leaving the team with access to my property. Whilst the chain had issues during the selling process, Iain kept me informed and sought out information about what was going on. Their recommendation of financial adviser and solicitor were first class as well.
