An Amazing Sales Team.
We had used this company as a letting agent for as long as I can remember so, when it came to selling, they were the obvious choice.. The two properties we had to sell were at the top and bottom end of the market but the agency made no distinction between them. The service for both was excellent. In particular I'd like to praise their sales director - Matt Lunney. He was so supportive; always on top of every new situation and there to advise me throughout. I don't know what I would have done without his help. We had buyers for both properties within a couple of weeks so, not only was the initial marketing well targeted, but also the follow-up was outstanding. If you are selling in this area I cannot recommend this estate agent highly enough. Again thank you to Matt without whom my breakdown would have been guaranteed!

Effective, efficient courteous customer focused.
Excellent experience with Matt and Ian. Property was sold very quickly, but unfortunately the buyer appeared to give incorrect initial details which held up the final conclusion by 4 to 6 weeks.. It didnt help that buyer lived and worked in China. However with a little bit of encouragement and some sterling chasing up Matthew and Ian came up trumps, and in the end transaction was completed. Spoke to them both today and have left details of our requirements for a future property. Many thanks to all the team.

The valuation was carried out quickly and was in line with other agents in the area. The process was run very smoothly and was completed on time and with no change to the offer that was made within a few weeks of the valuation. I was impressed with the professional way that the sale was conducted and would use Jonathan Rees again.

Outstanding Team!
Bought a house through Johnathan Rees 8 years ago and headed straight back to them when it was time to sell up and move on and we haven't been disappointed!! They whole team have been very supportive through the entire process and we couldn't be more pleased. Cannot recommend the Johnathan Rees team highly enough - thank you all.

Excellent quality of service from start to finish. Superb.
Our experience as sellers has been one of being well informed throughout every part of the process. Jonathan Rees, and Ella in particular, have provided a service that has ensured that as much of the stress as is possible is removed. They have responded to questions quickly, without favour and with clarity. We would readily use there services again and recommend their service to others.

Extremely Professional, Excellent Communication and very Knowledgable. Nothing is too Difficult!
I have used Jonathan Rees for 4 years now as a landlord and have also recently sold the same property through them. Their service is second to none! You may think you can find a slightly cheaper option when it comes to rental but I urge you not to bother. I have had no problems in 4 years because of the swift and precise work of the team at Jonathan Rees. When it came to selling the property they weren't pushy but gave excellent advice so that I could make informed decisions. They recommended preferred partners (who were also excellent) and the sale was complete in a little over 6 weeks. To summarise this company: They are efficient, friendly, knowledgable and get the job done exactly how it should be.

Always on hand if I needed anything
Excellent customer service and they were always there to answer any questions I had. Would highly recommend. Staff worked hard to get everything done in the time needed.
