Sale of house
Matthew and his colleagues at Jonathan Rees Chandlers Ford were excellent at supporting a buyer with complex and changing wishes to proceed to completion whilst implementing my wishes and communicating very well with me. Without the interpersonal skills of the Matthew, and others in the sales team I suspect the sale would have fallen through so I am very pleased with the service provided and feel the branch excels in their attitude and approach which is in contrast to styles I experienced from other established local agencies. I would highly recommend Jonathan Rees Chandlers Ford branch

Rental of property
Fabulous support given during our Tenancy. Any problems were dealt with promptly, especially from Olivia Tate. Lovely Lady who always called me back and help with any queries. She was warm and welcoming, which really helped as this was our first time renting a property.

New Tenancy
Dominic & Olivia at the agents were fantastic help throughout the viewing, legal and moving in process. The inevitable hiccups on moving day were quickly sorted by Olivia and we are now very happy in our new home and are confident that Jonathan Rees will look after us throughout our tenancy.

Brilliant service
have been with Jonathan Rees for a few years and they have been absolutely brilliant, Olivia has been managing our property and has been nothing short of brilliant. Very prompt at responding and any faults reported get fixed very quickly. Have moved to another property with them based off the service didnt want to go elsewhere!

Lovely customer service - Olivia
Olivia came to inspect my flat on a few occasions. She is such a lovely person she was very chatty and felt like id known her years. She always dressed smart and said hello to my baby when she came in.She was very approachable with any questions i had , upon getting my deposit back she communicated very well with me and sent any details i asked for. Its a shame i will no longer be a tenant of Jonathan rees as i thought Olivia and Dominique were fab employees of yours. They were always so happy and helpful. Thank you so much Olivia you need a payrise you are a very good people person and great at your job.

Good service all round
Jonathan Rees took over the management of the rented property we were staying in for six months and we found Olivia Tate extremely helpful and accommodating from start to finish. Very happy :-)

Friendly and Helpful
As a first time tenant I was very pleased with the helpful and friendly approach I received from Olivia Tate. Olivia was available when needed and if not she ensured I knew who to contact/see in her absence. I found Olivia extremely helpful and always willing to go the extra mile in ensuring I was happy and answered any questions I might have. Thanks Olivia, it's been a pleasure :0)
