Eve Livesley is the most professional Estate Agent I have found since deciding to move house recently. I registered with several agents in the Addiscombe area, including Streets Ahead, and Eve was the only one who contacted me when a new property came on her books. She maintained continuous contact with me, checking whether I had received a new offer on my property. I felt she completely understood what type of property I was looking for and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

Our house sale started in the New Year 2015 and after 'interviewing' several estate agents, we decided on Streets Ahead because of the professional and experienced manager, Patrick Donnelly who gave us great advice from the start. Streets Ahead don't have the cheapest commission rates - but we felt that it was fair value for money (except the surprise "plus VAT" at the end, which should have been made extra, extra clear at the start and perhaps repeated along the way.) Our house sale and purchase were not without problems and we were part of a 6-house chain. However, Streets Ahead, especially Sapphire King-Harris were efficient and very persistent in pursuing documents and chasing the relevant parties. The chain held together and we completed in July 2015. We are very happy to recommend Streets Ahead and will definitely approach them again with future business.

Saphire helped make this possible, when there was no advantage in it for her or for her vendor. Appreciated.

I have found Streets ahead (Addiscombe) to efficient, friendly and helpful. Especially Riccardo and layla. The renting process has been clear and well managed. However the move in clean didn't happen. Where the report said " Needs cleaning" It still did.

We worked with Streets Ahead on the purchase of a property and the experience was mixed but overall positive. On the positive side, Saphire was extremely helpful and efficient in the handling of the conveyancing, and often unblocked delays where the solicitor was failing to take control of the process. Our negotiations with the vendor on the sale price (via Streets Ahead) was less positive and I felt we could have been supported more vigorously when the vendor refused to contribute fairly to some substantial house repair costs and when the agreement on white goods was altered significantly at a late stage. Overall, however, I found the service efficient and friendly.

The sale of my flat was quite an ordeal and went on for a lot longer than I expected. Being the first property I have ever sold, it was quite a daunting task to undertake by myself and trying to figure where to go and what to do next would overwhelm most people. However, Streets Ahead made life a lot simpler for me and I especially liked one individual who fought for me every step of the way and made the entire process a lot easier to take on. Thank you Saphire for all your help, words of support and encouragement, you're a credit to the company.
