If I was a tenant looking for an estate agent I would never go back here and if I was a landlord looking for someone to take the hassle away from letting a property then please do not use this company as they will make you do all the work anyway! Without drawing too much attention to the length of time it took for our application to be accepted and the keys being handed over, we were misinformed multiple times by different people in the office regarding when we would receive the keys. We were told the handover would be ready for Friday to find out this was not the case, and the process took another 3 weeks to complete. Throughout the 3 weeks we were again misinformed about details that were required, despite us already providing said details! Since moving into the property, the boiler was not working and there were numerous STAINED bedsheets and duvets left behind by the previous tenants, who haven't lived there for 6 months might I add. When raising these issues to the office, we were told to check a switch underneath the boiler because if they had to arrange a callout we would be charged. I fail to understand how a new tennant raising an issue when first moving in would have to pay for any issues associated with the property. We eventually solved this problem by contacting the landlord directly and it appears the gas mains switch to the property was turned off by previous tenants and as tenants we were not allowed to touch such a switch. This further goes to show that we should not have had to pay for any call outs to the property, as that switch is not to be touched by us. How can they can themselves property management. With this problem solved, we then moved onto the filthy bedding left by the previous tenants, my partner called them three times regarding this and there was no answer. I called them from my mobile (the one they did not have recorded on our file, might I add) and to my amazement they answered immediately. They told me they would pass this on to their maintenance team and for me to expect a call back. I had no call back in a week and when chasing this up with them was told it had been passed on and there's nothing they can do about it. 4-5 weeks later and again, I have had to call the landlord to arrange collection of the bedding because our bin collection won't take it. When we recently had our first property review by Martin & Co, the representative advised us to cut the bedding into small pieces and put it in a black bag for our bin collection. I am sorry, but the bedding is stained and amidst the covid pandemic I don't see this as great advice, more-so a death wish.

my experience with this company: I booked the view, I confirmed via email, via phone + text message, I drive 35 minutes to be there on time, I waited +20 minutes, No one was there and no one show up, I called the line phone number, and was close (Saturday) I email back ... I got no respond yet in 3h. NO thanks ! this is doesn't sounds professional.

I asked about a property to rent and straight away I got asked for my work status when I explained I was out of work with a disabled son who I care for full time turned into apparently only housing key workers?! spoke to council who dismissed this statement I mentioned this to yourselves who then replied asking if I had a guarantor, just because I dont work doesn't mean I sponge of the government and wont pay my rent! I find this offensive and its discriminatory! i have the first months rent and the bond but safe to say I'll take my money else were!
Tried arranging a viewing for buying a house Friday afternoon and now Monday evening and no response.. I actually feel for the seller of the house who isn't getting a viewing due to the agents been poor in communication, I wouldn't like to think I had my house up for sale with these cowboys. Oh just in case the seller was wanting to know it was a house located on fox Gardens. 🙄

To say they were poor at customer service would be an understatement, phone calls not replied to and update on information was extremely poor . Would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
