I have been a landlord with Belvoir Dundee for over three years and cannot recommend them highly enough. The tenants have always been happy(half the battle) and the property has always been looked after.

The flat I rented was spotless when I moved in and the same was asked of me when I moved out. I appreciated that when I moved out I was given advice on what the inspection would be looking at, which helped me get all my deposit back. There were no issues throughout the lease.

I have rented out my flat with Belvoir for the past 8 years, they have been a fantastic agency. Always willing to help me with queries and seem to respond quickly to any issues my tenants ever have. Would recommend them.

So much better than our previous property management company in Dundee. Wish we had switched to them years ago. I cant comment on the other

I cant comment on the other reviews but we have let two properties off them over the last 3 years and have had a very positive experience. Yes there are occasional glitches in the properties but the guys in the office always address them as quickly as they can. We have never had any significant issues with them and in a few years time when we hopefully buy a property of our own and if we ever need to let it out I know who we will be calling.

Belvoir Lettings Dundee have again surpassed my expectations by finding me a suitable tenant who moved into my property after all of the relevant checks were completed 2 days after the previous tenant vacated. The staff kept me well informed with updates and I am delighted that I did not have any void periods. I can thoroughly recommend their services. Carl B
